YIN YOGA..differs from the YANG form of Yoga where you strengthen and tone the muscle. In YIN we focus on the connective tissue(ligaments and tendons) to make them more pliable which allows for better movement and flexibility. It's a gentle, slow practice that frees those tight joints up. A practice of patience, meditation and breathing Saturday @ 9am
Slow Flow (Beginner)-This class is for all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to slow down and focus on deepening poses this is the class for you. During class we focus on strength, balance, and flexibility. Tuesday @ 4:30pm Friday @ 9:30am
Hot Slow Flow (Beginner)-This is a heated version of the Slow Flow listed above. The room will be heated to about 90 degrees. Monday @ 5:15pm
HOT Yoga For Athletes~This class takes place in a room heated to 90F and focuses on recovery from over specialize training. Helping the body recover and preventing injury from happening due to over compensated (specialized training) exercises/movements. Thursday @ 5:30pm
Buti Lite-Buti Yoga Lite follows the traditional Buti Yoga method, but is lead in a modified version. This class is perfect for ALL LEVELS and will help you build your strength if you feel that you aren't quite ready for a 70 Buti class. Tuesday & Thursday @ 6:30pm
POUND-Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities. Monday @ 4:30pm Friday @ 5:30pm
