Gentle Yoga (Beginner)-This gentle yoga practice is safe for pregnant moms and encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Slow Flow (Beginner)-Slow Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa style yoga in which flowing movement is synchronized to the breath. This meditation in motion will not only relieve stress and tension but will stretch, strengthen and tone muscles allowing for greater mobility and range of motion. Perfect for all levels, any body and any age. Modifications provided. Tuesday @ 9:30am
Hot Slow Flow (Beginner)-This is a heated version of the Slow Flow listed above. The room will be heated to about 90 degrees. Monday @ 5:15pm
Buti Lite-Buti Yoga Lite follows the traditional Buti Yoga method, but is lead in a modified version. This class is perfect for ALL LEVELS and will help you build your strength if you feel that you aren't quite ready for a 70 Buti class. Tuesday & Thursday @ 6:30pm
