Slow Flow (All Level)-Slow Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa style yoga in which flowing movement is synchronized to the breath. This meditation in motion will not only relieve stress and tension but will stretch, strengthen and tone muscles allowing for greater mobility and range of motion. Perfect for all levels, any body and any age. Modifications provided. Tuesday @ 7:30am Friday @ 7:30am
Hot Slow Flow (All Level)-This is a heated version of the Slow Flow listed above. The room will be heated to about 90 degrees. Monday @ 5:15pm
POUND-Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!
