Before you start regular Cross-Training classes, we spend 4 session teaching you the foundational movements, the lingo, and familiarize you with the class structure. Once you complete the 4 class series, you will be ready to join regularly scheduled Cross-Training classes. We will offer these classes in both group settings, as well as, 1 on 1. To schedule your beginner classes please submit the form below. Our scheduling manager will contact you promptly to discuss class openings. If you have specific days and times that work best with your schedule please include the in the comments section.
Step #3-Select A Membership
The menu below is automatically opened to the "CrossFit" specific memberships. If you are interested in purchasing a 10 Punch Pass, Full Facility, Yoga, or Group Fitness membership then click the drop down arrow next to "Unlimited CrossFit Memberships." If you are ONLY interested in Open Gym then you will want to purchase the 10 Punch Option.
Discounts: *We offer a 20% discount for Law Enforcement, Veterans, Fire Fighters, and Students. We ask that you provide proof of student status and employment when requesting discount application. This discount is ONLY allowed for the 10 Punch Pass & 1 Month Unlimited Memberships *We offer "Family Member" discounts. When a second member is added to your "family" then each of you will save $10 each month. We allow for up to 3 family members to be added under the head of household (A family of 4 would receive a $40 monthly discount). *ALL discounts must be applied in house. If you would like to purchase a membership online we can always add the discount later!
