This is an all level adventure that fuses kayaking, yoga, and meditation together all in one!

11am-Opening circle & all level yoga class
12pm-Paddling lesson & Exploration of waters around the island.
12:45pm-Dock on island/meditation walk
1:15pm-Back in Yaks for free time exploration
2pm-Closing
