This adventure begins with a 15 minute warmup stretch on land before heading out onto the water. We will spend 10-15 minutes learning how to paddle and become comfortable on the boards. We will then head out for a 25-30 minute free paddle to the island. Once arriving on the island we will spend some time exploring. We will then get back on our boards and make our way to the back channel where we will anchor and prepare for a 1 hour SUP Yoga Class. We will then up-anchor and spend about 30 minutes making our way back to the island.
You will receive an instructional email 3 days prior to the event date. In this email you will find specifics on meeting spots and what to bring items.
