What is SUP Yoga?
These classes are beginner friendly and accessible for all levels of yoga and stand up paddle experience.
SUP is short for Stand Up Paddle Board.......SUP Yoga is a combination of paddle boarding and yoga practice. It challenges you to find another level of balance and focus your mind, all while floating atop the water. It will challenge you to tap into engagement of your core, improve your balance, and enjoy laughter as everyone tries to find balance. Paddle board yoga is accessible for any rider that is willing to step out of their comfort zone and trust the support of their floating yoga mat.
