💪8 Week Extension Program - 1:1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Transformation Coaching -  $400


*Must have completed the 6 week group coaching program for eligibility.


This program is a 1:1 extension of the group coaching program. During the 8 weeks we will apply the tools learned through the group coaching program and personalize them to maximize your goals.


Goal:  The goal of this lifestyle transformation program is to facilitate significant and sustainable changes in various aspects of an individual's life, focusing on health, fitness, mindset, habits, and overall well-being. 


This program…..

  • Offers daily ACCOUNTABILITY
  • Includes 1:1 daily support through text and email.
  • Daily food log submission and habit monitoring via Google Docs &/or Text 
  • Weekly check ins in person or via Zoom
  • Includes weekly action planning
  • Includes macronutrient monitoring and planning to meet goals

💪8 Week Extension Program - 1:1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Transformation Coaching + Fitness Coaching - $600


This program had the additional benefit of unlimited CrossFit, bootcamp,and yoga classes.  The benefit of this option is having access to a training program.  One of the biggest mistakes people make when starting a fitness practice is randomizing workouts without a plan.  This takes all the guesswork out of it!
