This adventure begins with a 45 minute all level yoga class on the grass next to the marina. After a short transition into the kayaks, we will spend 45 minutes exploring the perimeters of the island and then docking for exploration. Once on the island we will take 30 minutes for the meditation walk and exploration. We will depart the island with about 45 minutes allotted to travel back to the marina.
You will receive an instructional email 3 days prior to the event date. In this email you will find specifics on meeting spots and what to bring items.
