Deep health focuses on your physical health, mental and cognitive health, emotional health, existential health, relational-social healthy and environmental health. My custom 12 week lifestyle transformation program is designed to help you explore your current behaviors and shift habits to meet your goals.
Our Lifestyle Transformation Coaching programs are implemented in 6-12 week series:
-We offer small group coaching that allows for support from individuals on the same journey
-We offer 1:1 coaching programs that allow for a more personalized and private experience.
Program Goal: The goal of a lifestyle transformation program is to facilitate significant and sustainable changes in various aspects of an individual's life, focusing on health, fitness, mindset, habits, and overall well-being.

What motivates you to want to change your life? We all have that moment when we realize we have to make changes. Recalling your journey and thinking about the reasons we want/need to make changes can be a great first step.
My Story
My name is Kelli and I would like to share my story with you. In 2005 I had my 1st baby. After pregnancy I was VERY overweight. I ate what ever I wanted during my pregnancy and didn't exercise at all. I knew I had to make changes, but where to start.......
I started dieting. I thought that eating salads every day and cutting out junk food would magically take the weight off, but it didn't. I started exercising. I didn't know where to start so I tried going to the gym and walk/running on the treadmill. I tried Jazzersize, mall walking, Zumba you name it and nothing worked. I felt like crap and the weight stayed on. In 2007 I gave birth to my second baby. Soon after I realized that I had postpartum depression. The doctor put me on medication, which basically just numbed all of my emotions. I continued on and just felt lost. I asked the doctor to take me off of the medication, so we started the process of weaning me off slowly. The doctor suggested that I bring exercise into my life to help regulate the natural production of serotonin in my body. This is when I found yoga! I loved yoga immediately and started going to classes multiple times a week. Unfortunately yoga just wasn't enough and I went back on my medication. I did this a few times over the next couple years, but just really struggled to ground myself and connect my mind and body. The doctor suggested that I bring more intensity into my workout routine. This is when I found CrossFit...2013 was a big year for me. I stepped out of my comfort zone and went to a CrossFit class. The workout was so hard! I went home and cried. I didn't think I could do it, but I kept going back. Within 6 months I was off all of my medications and had completed my first yoga certification. My mind and body were changing, but I had hit another wall. Why couldn't I reach my goals? Enter nutrition.....I knew that I needed to eat better, but what I was doing wasn't working. I enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and earned my health coaching certification in 2019. I then went on to complete my PN1 with Precision Nutrition in 2021 to learn more about the science behind nutrition. Now here we are.....I am 10 years into my journey and am finally making sense of things. I am here to help you do the same! What if I told you............ You have more control than you think. Everything starts with a simple mindset shift. Shifting out of a dieting mindset creates freedom Freedom allows you to enjoy food and learn how to eat to fuel your body. |
